Choosing an Internet Fax Service

When it comes to Web faxing, we’ll see that we have a lot of options out there. To start we have the so called free fax services that are not recommended for any type of business or serious communication. Then we have the big names of Internet fax services and finally we have sub-world of many different fax service companies that are small.
Free fax services are no useful because they limit the amount of fax you can send per day, they don’t allow you to receive Internet faxing and the worst of all is that they send a cover page full of advertisement of the company. In reality these companies want you to take on their paid service, which is very limited compared to other options.
Big names in the market of Internet fax services are my favorites. They have support, backup and pretty much the best offer you can find out there! Since they dispose of a good budget for this business, they use it to improve the customer experience and add a heap of features you haven’t seen before with your traditional fax machine. Despite being big, they handle the standard prices in the industry and you can get started with them for free! Yes, they offer 30 day of free trial of their products. I’m talking here about Internet fax services such as Ringcentral Fax, MyFax and Rapidfax.
The last options may look tempting to many: the small faxing service companies. Although some of them are honest companies, the majority try to lure the customers promising lower monthly fees, but what they don’t tell you is the most important: customer support will be awful, they will have very expensive overage charges, and they will charge you a setup fee, which is a fee just to open you an account to use with their server. If you are going to opt for a small company, I would advise you to be very careful and try to read other review on the Internet to check out what kind of experiences people have had with them.
